Solo Quest
immersion reflection 2020/2021
Call to Adventure
Dear beautiful friend,
It's almost 10 days before the year 2020 will come to an end. While we are all making sense of how the final parts of this chapter will play out, I wanted to invite you to join me in something new. As you might know for over 10 years we have gathered with a group of friends to celebrate New Year's eve together. As a big part of this tradition, we would create a 10-course meal, every dish accompanied by a social pairing. These varied from sharing stories, reflecting on the year, and celebrating life through playful invitations. To welcome the new year some dared to plunge into extremely cold water.
Even though I hope to enjoy this ritual for many more years. I have always wanted to try something new; 2020 seems to give the silver lining. Together yet physically apart. Therefore I am inviting you to be part of the first version of the end of year review solo quest 2020/2021. The solo quest is an ancient tradition held in different ways by many cultures. This quest is intended to honour the past year, reflect on your key learnings, and envision the year ahead.
How does this work?
Together with a small group, we will prepare for the quest to reflect, harvest, and digest the past year. (This zoom-call will be December 28th or 29th depending on everyone's availability)
We will all go on our individual 1-3 day solo quest. Ideally into a more secluded space in nature. (late Dec or Jan)
By the end of January, we'll check-in and share our experiences (Date TBD)
Meeting your fellow guides
